Hi, I’m Sarah. Welcome to The Daily English Show.
As you know, The Daily English Show is going to an event in Sapporo called iSummit.
Sapporo is the biggest city in Hokkaido and it’s really nice. I went there last week and there’s a big park in the middle of the city called Odori Koen – which is really cool.
It’s really clean and there’s nice grass ... and in every part of the park there’s a different feature, like a fountain or a sculpture or a garden.

Hi, I’m Sarah. Welcome to The Daily English Show.
Today I wanted to remind you that at the end of July, August and September, we’re giving away a Super Simple Songs CD. These are the awesome kid’s music CDs I talked about before.
If you teach English to children or you’re a parent or you have friends with kids then you might be interested in these CDs.
I think they’d make great presents too. A lot of children who might love to learn English don’t get the opportunity, for whatever reason – maybe because their parents can’t afford lessons or maybe there’s no school in the area where they live. But if they had a CD like this, then I think they could learn quite a lot just by listening to the CD at home.
If you are interested then you can go to this page and find out how to become a member and support The Daily English Show and get a chance to get cool stuff.

Hi, I’m Sarah. Welcome to The Daily English Show.
In case you haven’t noticed, the number of translation sites has increased again – we now have Bulgarian and Spanish.
So that is awesome. Thank you so much.
If you go to thedailyenglishshow.com you can see a list of all the translation sites.

Hi, I’m Sarah. Welcome to The Daily English Show.
Today I thought I’d tell you a bit about our new website. When The Daily English Show first started I made a free website with geocities.
Then at the start of last year a very nice person – who is a fan of The Daily English Show - bought us the domain name – and offered us free hosting. But I didn’t have time to make a new site, or, the money to pay someone (to do it) ... so we just left it redirecting to the geocities site.
