Today's story is about pasta. Several years ago, my boyfriend and I went to a restaurant in a ski resort in Japan. The pasta we ordered wasnt cooked. And it wasnt just nicely firm, it was actually not cooked properly. When you bit into it there was white inside and it was hard to chew. So, we politely pointed this out to the waitress. We expected them to apologise but instead we got a lecture on penne they said that was how it was supposed to be. Ive ordered pasta hundreds of times in Japanese restaurants and this has only happened once, so it was quite memorable. Since then, whenever I cook penne, I call it: So Iu Mon Penne.

Today I tell the story of how I was questioned and had my stuff searched when coming back into Japan. This story is kind of interesting when I tell it in English ha ha ... Anyway, I was freaking out due to my active imagination. I was thinking, "What if someone put something illegal in one of my bags?" But they didn't, so the officers let us go after thoroughly inspecting all of our dirty clothes. It was kind of funny how the guy was sitting there, very solemnly pointing to pictures of bizarre things and I'm thinking, "But why would I have a grenade? Or a turtle? ... "
Luckily they didn't do anything nasty to us and they apologised at the end and said something like, "Sometimes the dogs get it wrong".

This is the story of how my parent's car got stolen when we were having dinner one day. The police could have easily caught the guys ... but they somehow got the name of the car mixed up when they were passing the message on. I think it's kind of funny now ... but we didn't think so at the time. I can't remember the name of the car. I think it might have been Holden Commodore or something. The police found the car a week or so later, somewhere in Auckland. They'd taken the front seats out and banged it up a bit.

I don't know if anyone will notice ... but it was harder than usual to talk this time because I don't feel very well. Yesterday I got a bit sick from eating something strange (I think it might have been mushrooms) and I still feel bad ...
On the bright side, maybe I made more mistakes than usual, so there are more mistakes to learn from :)

Today I'm trying to tell the news story of the girl in Europe who got 56 stars tattooed on her face.

I couldn't upload this yesterday because I couldn't access the internet last night. But the problem is solved now :)

Today I tell another joke. I got this joke off the net. The joke I read was American and it had American place names etc ... so I changed it to set it in Japan.
